• Ensure compliance of the process owner with policies & procedures by conducting field audit of program and promo launched (policies, procedures and system execution) and also Technical Work Orders (Installation, Maintenance and Dismantle)
• Giving proper direction and motivation to direct sub-ordinates
• Review, assess and ensure the existing Standard Operating Procedure to be relevan with current operation and refer to ISO 9001 : 2015
• Create and provide necessary Standard Operating Procedure & Supporting Document (Quality Process, Component and Forms) for operation & commercial, sales & marketing (product, program, promo), Accounting & Finance, IT Technology, Procurement and Warehouse.
• Provide End to End Escalation Flow regarding operation process level
• Evaluate running system and product support in order to prevent massive issue from customers
• Ensure the product launched by company supported with preparatory of complete and detail product brief and also system readiness as applied for customer operation.
• Ensure all systems deployment (Billing, IT and Broadcasting) is supported with UAT & FUT and aligned with BRD and BA submitted from any channel.
• Assist superior to handle special request and certain commercial issue among customer operation and Business Unit.

Requirements:

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Corporate Secretary/Compliance or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degreein business / management / operational or economy management with GPA 3.0
• At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Strong Analytical Thinking, Communication, Partnership, Ms. Office, Ms. Visio, Reporting
