The Company has successfully expanded across the region. To date, we are currently present in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and we have an R&D Center in India.
In August 2020, PasarPolis completed a US$54 million Series B funding round, which is considered the largest Series B funding recorded for an insurtech firm in Southeast Asia, and potentially it is also the biggest disclosed investment round for insurtech firms in the region. The round included participation from LeapFrog Investments, SBI Investment, Alpha JWC, Intudo Ventures, Go-Ventures and Xiaomi Ventures and will be used to support the company’s growth plan. In February 2021, PasarPolis secured US$5 million funding from World Bank’s sister organization International Finance Corporation (IFC).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operational Excellence (Business Owner)
- Identify inter/intra-dependencies for all initiatives, ensuring negative impacts are well acknowledged across stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis & problem-solving on business/operational issues (Business Solution)
- Propose new ideas (both tech & non-tech related) for customer journey and internal process improvement
- Develop business requirement proposal/BRD based on (1a & 1b)
- Propose project/task prioritization based on business impact
- Assist the team in managing BAU project list (both tech & non-tech related)
Project Management
- Monitor project initiatives post-implementation measurement (OKRs) to be met as per target
- Ensure initiatives are delivered as per agreed scope, in a timely manner, and within the budget
- Own, Manage, and track all tech-related project/improvement list
- Manage communication & coordinate cross-functionally with all project stakeholders
Data Analytic
- Prepare data & reports for all related management meeting
- Monitor and ensure operational (BAU & Project) OKR metrics is within SLA
- Initiate new report automation ideas (Tableau, Metabase, Google Data Studio) and develop business requirement for data analytics team
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of working related experience.
- Management Reporting & Copywriting
- Basic Database understanding (preferably adept in Tableau, Metabase, Google Data Studio, SQL language)
- Project Management + understanding in Agile/Scrum
- Relevant experience in insurance industry will be advantage.
- Degree in System Information Sciences, or any related field.
- Strong team player who is adaptable, open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways
