Operations Improvement Lead Jobs

Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to facilities management, office procurement, and record-keeping.

3+ years of success in an operations or project management role.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and individuals effectively.

Oversee and manage operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects and initiatives to completion.

Prepare data & reports for all related management meeting

Project Management + understanding in Agile/Scrum

Develop business requirement proposal/BRD based on (1a & 1b)

Identify inter/intra-dependencies for all initiatives, ensuring negative impacts are well acknowledged across stakeholders

Manage communication & coordinate cross-functionally with all project stakeholders

Own, Manage, and track all tech-related project/improvement list

Mininum 2 years' working experience in operations management or similar role

Strong knowledge about operations and/or supply chain management

Implement inventory plan and management, logistics, and distribution to reduce cost and maximize profit

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related major

Manage the company’s overall supply chain (inventory planning, warehouse, logistics, and distribution) strategy to maximize the Indonesia revenue

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Operational excellence knowledge and experience setting operational objectives

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience

Accountable for the development of execution strategies to ensure consistent and quality product while driving reliability centered manufacturing operations.

Lead, direct and control capital and operating budgets for multiple low to medium complexity plants.
