Project Management Officer (Pmo)

We are searching for a composed and astute project manager to help conceptualize and oversee multiple projects within our organization. To this end, the project manager is responsible for detecting gaps that can be closed by projects, collaborating with sales to propose suitable endeavors, and overseeing the allocation of financial and human resources. In so doing, you should adhere to stipulated deadlines.

Job requirements:

• Follow-up Sales of the number of issued POs.
• Follow up Finance related to Client Sales invoice progress.
• Schedule reconciliation & ensure the data between PO and Invoice are the same.
• Calculating target estimates for the following year.
• Recapitulate the calculation of the achievement of sales targets.
• Arrange interview for talent acquisition requirement team and HAF document.
• Follow-up PKS, PO, and invoice that have not been published.
• Recap client data in detail.
• Ensuring that the PO issued is in accordance with the value that will become an invoice.
• Recap the newly published PO with a Microsoft Excel recap.
• PO analysis supported by data.
• Make records of Book Revenue from all Sales.
