Pmo Manager (Contract Based 6-Month Placement)

MagnaQM is a boutique consulting firm that provides innovative solutions to businesses seeking to optimize their Strategy Execution through PMO and Projects & Programs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO Manager to join our team for a 6-month placement.

As a PMO Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of PMO that provide oversights and support to our client's transformation projects. You will be required maintain project management processes and standards, provide project management support and guidance to project managers, and manage project management templates and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage risk management plans
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and identify areas of concern
• Ensure compliance with project management policies and procedures
• Implement project management processes and standards
• Manage project management templates and tools
• Supervise and monitor development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Provide project management support and guidance to project managers

Qualifications:

• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a PMO environment
• PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred
• Master degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
