Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

1. Legal opinion, legal analysis, and legal research.
2. Drafting and reviewing agreement and other legal documents in bilingual version (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
3. Responsible for identification of legal risk.
4. Administer and maintain all company legal files.
5. Monitor any deadlines and obligations related agreements.
6. Drafting and preparing the General Meeting of Shareholders.
7. Actively collaborate with other divisions or departments.
8. Actively collaborate and build relationship with government institutions and authority i.e. Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti), Futures Exchanges, Clearing Institution and Association.
9. Reporting to Head of Legal & Compliance related pending issues, issues for discuss, issue resolved, and status of all agreements.

What you will need:

1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Law.
2. Proven 2 years of working experience as Legal Officer or relevant position, preferably in financial and technology industry.
3. Accustomed to do all regulatory law tasks in accordance with certain timeline, such as legal research and opinion, legal review, drafting, and administration.
4. Good english communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and work ethics.
5. Able to work independently and within a team.
6. Flexible to work from office or occassioally remote.
