Fit Out Supervisor (Contract-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to produce the detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and models using CAD software and traditional drafting techniques.
2. Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time.
3. Supervise the entire production process, from start to finish, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
4. Oversee field operations and craftsmen, providing guidance and ensuring their work meets our specifications.
5. Manage and coordinate vendors responsible for booth design, backwall displays, and materials procurement.
6. Experience in reading working drawing designs to support design implementation.
7. Foster clear communication channels with the Visual Merchandiser and vendors, ensuring alignment with design concepts and requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architect, Interior Design or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in fit-out, or production management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
3. Proficiency in 3D design software such as (AutoCAD) and experience in reading and interpreting working drawing designs.
4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
6. Ability to speak English, has effective communication and collaboration skills.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product and design quality.
