  • Bridging to understand user's struggles to repay
  • Collecting debts through a phone call.
  • Educate user or provide solutions for them
  • Collect from users [to get PTP until payment]


Requirements


Requirements


  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Have experience in Desk Collection is a plus
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in any field.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Willing to work in shift for 3 months contract-based.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
