Executive, Management Accounting (Based In Jakarta, Indonesia) - (2-Year Contract)

About the Role

The incumbent will be assisting the Head of Finance to produce timely, accurately Financial Report, Management reporting, to consolidate budget and forecast, to perform key reconciliation tasks, to assists with Year End processes and statutory account preparation.

Key Accountabilities

• Produce internal management report (CRP, Scorecard and Credit Management and any other report request by HQ) with its explanation/analysis for management review, in compliance with Indonesia Accounting Standard and PETRONAS Lubricants International Sdn Bhd policy.
• Work closely with Operating and Sourcing personnel for the inventory movement that should be matching with inventory in ERP system including resolving the discrepancy between physical stock count result and ERP system.
• Perform Balance sheet reconciliation task related to the keys balance sheet account (eg. Account Receivable, Account Payable, Inventory, Purchase Advance, Fixed Asset, Other Receivable, Pre-payment, Accrual account, Clearing Account).
• Perform some accrual, prepayment, depreciation & amortization (all monthly journals) and adjustment journal, in compliance with Accounting Standard operation in Indonesia.
• Helping Head of Finance in preparing budgeting/business plan and year end projection of PT PLI Indonesia.
• Liaise with external auditor to complete required statutory audit report.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of new accounting standards (if any) and applied by preparing the schedule, monitoring monthly recording and cooperating with related departments.
• Ensure Fixed Asset maintain properly as per Indonesia Accounting Standard and PT PLI Indonesia’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidance
• In charge in ERP system maintenance (vendor master, customer master, product master, pricing) to make sure all transactions recorded into proper account.
• Follow up the collection of the outstanding TAR with respective sales to achieve timely collection and minimize uncollected debt including follow up roll over Bank Guarantee.

Minimum Requirements

• Language skills: English are essential.
• Teamwork and good commination skills.
• Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• 3 years related experience in Accounting
• Possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
• Planning and organizing skills, MS Office (excel) and finance system.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities and strong attention to details.
• Efficient planning, organizing and time management skills
