Operation Manager - Oil & Gas Services (Based In Jakarta)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national Engineering Services and Oil & Gas Services company. As expansion continue, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in project for the job of Operation Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

:

• Overlooking day-to-day in project team
• Develop solutions, strategies, and assessment of current field project impact to ensure timeline and target still achievable, in line with the company's strategy
• Do preparation and monitor in the installation of a new production line, so will include upgrade/modifications and renovation works
• Report directly to the Director
• Leadership by managing a cross-functional team to meet business objectives
• Monitor and review the drilling process and timeline project on the field
• Hands-on in project delivery (oil & gas and power plant project)
• Provide leadership to the project team

Job Requirements:

• Excellent project management skills - with the ability to identify critical path issues and develop solutions to keep a program on track
• Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to subcontractors
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels
• Solid leadership skills, mentoring, and coaching
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the relevant oil & gas project or power plant projects
• Preferably having a Professional qualification such as PMP
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
• Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
• Must have a background in working within the relevant oil & gas project or power plant projects
• At least 10 years' experience working as a Project Manager leading project teams coupled with a track record of project delivery
• Experience in coordinating multi­disciplinary activities and in intercultural environments
• Minimum Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree from reputable universities
• Experience within an international consultancy organization preferable
• Having good strategic planning skill, well-structured and well organized
