Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

About The HR Manager - Tangerang Based Role

Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees

Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience

At least 10 years' experience working as a Project Manager leading project teams coupled with a track record of project delivery

Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to subcontractors

Minimum 20 years of experience in the relevant oil & gas project or power plant projects

Preferably having a Professional qualification such as PMP

Experience within an international consultancy organization preferable

Continually aim to enhance the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in a customer service role

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge or ability to learn real estate information

Responding to customer inquiries through email and other platforms in a timely manner

Mencari customer (account) baru dan melakukan follow-up kebutuhan-kebutuhan existing customer.

Menjadi point of contact dengan pelanggan untuk membantu kebutuhan bisnis.

Melakukan meeting dengan pelanggan, mengidentifikasi peluang dan melakukan closing sales, dan melakukan kolaborasi dengan tim internal dari pihak pelanggan.

Mempersiapkan Sales Quotation, Kontrak, Report dan melayani Customer Feedback.

Mempersiapkan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan pelanggan dengan melakukan investigasi masalah, menawarkan solusi serta berkolaborasi dengan sales engineer untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.

- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in managing accounts in E-commerce/OTA/Hospitality sector.

- Good negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
