About Us
The Contract Lifecycle Champion (CLC) covers New Business and Renewals and they define, own and steer the CLC process for all of DSC within SEA cluster. Role incumbent needs strong process discipline, analytical skills and loves to dig into the detail. They are required to work with all departments/business units within the organization to provide guidance on which steps need to be undertaken for ‘typical’ renewal situations. Be able to identify ‘non-typical’ situations and reach out to regional team for guidance. Liaise with Opportunity Owners/ business to ensure process compliance, complete and accurate data capture. Monitor progress of renewal opportunities and report renewal achievement & delays regularly to SMT. Onboarding and training of new users to Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Contracts database and drive data quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the e-contract approval (e-CAP) process as well as support in the BCA process.
- Lead and monitor sales performance initiatives for DSC South East Asia to ensure alignment of KPIs between Country and regional functional teams.
- Advise opportunity owners on compliance process (Renewals & New Business), seek advice from regional stakeholders for any exceptional case.
- Follow up with Operations, Legal, Risk, CCM, CFO and Managing Director for signatories
- Attend regional super user meetings / training and ensure any update to process is rolled out locally.
- Manage renewal pipeline calendar, send pipeline report to opportunity owners and follow up on renewal status.
- Provide country sales performance reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
- Drive data quality and implement continuous improvement in sales processes to ensure efficiency.
- Report closure of renewals before expiry.
- Follow up with opportunity owners on documentations to be uploaded, ensure documents submitted for CAP are complete.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Effective influencer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using IT systems & tools, in particular Salesforce, Contract Database (Workflow tool)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
