Job Description

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Ensure documents are properly categorized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in the organization's databases and systems.
  • Update and manage records, including client data and other documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Requirements


  • Proven experience in administrative roles or related positions is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • High school or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
