Job Description

:

  • Handle all contract management activities and provide strategic direction to construct and structure agreements aligning with company objectives, goal and governing policies.
  • Monitoring end to end Contractual deliverables and ensure deviations are both claimed and remedied.
  • Handle and provide guidelines how to ensure the contract fulfillment and compliance to best benefit of the company.
  • Handle Contract negotiation, drafting, execution, fulfilment, governance, claims and escalation management.
  • Governance of dispute resolution.
  • Main interface to list down, collect and check all contract annexures / exhibits from different departments (Planning, project, finance, procurement, etc)
  • Giving consultation regarding contract drafting and closure arrangement to aligned with procurement policy and best practices
  • Lead standardization of process aligning with ISO requirement.


Requirement :

  • Formal Education : University degree
  • Experience in Telecoms / Digital is a plus.
  • Hard Skill: Contract management (5 years minimum).
  • Soft Skill: Negotiations & persuasive, Computer literate (all MS Office)
  • Previous Experience : Contract Management (5 years minimum) from telco, banking and fmcg
  • Certifications: Supply chain, Contract Management or Legal.
