What Will You Do?

• Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
• Produce and integrate effective and efficient design practices while keeping up-to-date with multiple industry trends.
• Other duties assigned.
• Translate ideas into tangible and high-quality visuals.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams/project stakeholders across the company to actualize thriving collaboration and meet the deadline.
• Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts and layouts for digital marketing purposes / social media.

What You Are

• Fresh Graduated or minimal 1 year of working experience as a Graphic Designer or a related discipline at a digital advertising company or technology start-up.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications Design or related field.
• Self-driven, good interpersonal skills, and positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks as well as good time management.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, or another animation platform. *Adobe Premiere is a plus.
• Team player, organizational skills, and open to constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, including articulating and presenting thoughts and creative ideas.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for conceptual thinking, typography skills, and visual communication.
• Strong adaptability in collaborative start-up environments.
