Business Process Manager Jobs

What you will be doing:

•Reporting to the Group Chief Operation Officer (COO), you will be acting as the Business Process Specialist.

•Performing constant market best practices benchmark allowing to challenge Qiik’s customers’ SOPs and

provide Process reengineering suggestions.

• Support new clients’ deployment: full process mapping country by country (KYC, Import, Export, Payments

flows), Reengineering options, Transformation management (online and offline).

•Support new and existing clients with platform clarification and usage optimization.

•Internal Qiik’s platform expert, supporting regular features enhancements.

•Creation and maintenance of all platforms related Documentation (User guides, Workflow diagrams, etc).

•Ensuring the internal Industry knowledge to all team members.

What we're looking for:

•A customer friendly profile able to understand clients’ current needs and requirements while leading

Transformation towards Optimized Processes.

•A strong Industry Process Expert (Container Shipping Import, Export, Bookings SOPs).

•A team player aligned with Qiik’s Vision & Values, able to lead internal and external Transformation.

•An Independent profile able to deliver Project results in timely manner.

•Customer centricity as a core value.

•Strong communication skills.

•10+ years’ experience in Shipping / Logistics Customer Care or Shared Service Center.

•Familiar with Tech solutions and able to navigate in a Start-up environment.

•Willing to work based in Jakarta.
