Job Description

Senior BPM (Business Process Management)


Responsibilities:

•Evaluating existing business processes.

•Determining and outlining business process improvements and mapping into technical specification.

•Coordinating application initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (include bidding).

•Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of initiatives.

•Analyzing and monitoring implemented application and making adjustments as needed.

•Guiding and supervising related personnel who were assigned specific tasks.

•Performing ongoing analyses on improvements regarding productivity, quality, costs, and time management.

•Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.

•Revising and updating functional and technical document.

•Work with business stakeholders to develop and implement relevant reporting projects.

•Develop BI dashboards by utilizing Microsoft SSMS, SSIS, Power BI

Manage projects through SDLC (Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment) and support operational dashboards
