Process Improvement Lead Jobs

Job Summary:

The Logistics Process & System Improvement Leader is responsible for identifying areas for process improvement within the fleet management department and in-house transportation system, analyzing current processes, and developing and implementing new and improved processes. The person in this role will work closely with logistics managers and employees to identify opportunities for process improvement and to ensure that new processes are implemented successfully. They will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of new processes and making adjustments as necessary to optimize logistics operations.

Job Responsibility:

1. Identify areas for process improvement within fleet/hub management.

2. Analyze current fleet management processes and develop and implement new and improved processes to optimize logistics operations.

3. Work closely with logistics managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of new processes.

4. Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize logistics operations.

5. Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of logistics processes and report on progress to senior management.

6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address issues related to logistics processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years experience in leading a team
• Great communication to gain respect from the counterparts
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations process improvement that make an impact on the business metrics
• Knowledge of Logistics business (B2C Logistics) would be an advantage
• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or any other related degree from a reputable University
• Possessed strong logical and structured thinking
