Lead Process Engineer Jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Process Engineer to join our team. As the Lead Process Engineer, you will work with team to design, implement, and supervise the construction of industrial liquid waste treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and operational staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
• Perform process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities to maximize treatment efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of project designs related to liquid waste treatment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
• Oversee the operational management of industrial liquid waste treatment facilities, including monitoring system performance, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead the process implementation phase, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, adherence to timelines, and quality control.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to industrial waste treatment, and incorporate new knowledge into process design and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement appropriate physical and chemical treatment technologies, equipment, and systems.
• Work with 3rd party technology provider to develop innovative and cost-efficient treatment methodologies for various types of liquid waste, considering factors such as volume, composition, and contaminant levels.

Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in process modeling and simulation software.
• Familiarity with a wide range of treatment technologies, such as sedimentation, filtration, chemical precipitation, adsorption, and membrane processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
• Effective project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical information to different audiences.
