Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CRM Specialist with expertise in Bitrix24 to join our company. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively utilizing the Bitrix24 platform to streamline our customer relationship management processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of our client interactions and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and analyze usage data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for further optimization.
- Create and manage Bitrix24 workspaces, including setting up project management tools, communication channels, and automation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document the company's customer relationship management needs and goals.
- Continuously assess the company's evolving needs and adjust Bitrix24 configurations accordingly.
- Configure and customize the Bitrix24 platform to meet the unique needs of our company's workflows and processes.
- Maintain documentation of Bitrix24 configurations, processes, and guidelines for internal reference.
- Provide training and support to team members on using Bitrix24 effectively, ensuring that all users understand its features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions within Bitrix24.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Bitrix24 updates, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to our processes.
- Design and develop custom forms, workflows, and processes within Bitrix24 to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Bitrix24, escalating to the appropriate resources when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective Bitrix24 solutions.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, particularly in documenting configurations and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members of varying technical backgrounds.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience working with Bitrix24, including customization, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in setting up workflows, automation, and CRM functions within Bitrix24.
