Crm Ops Admin Jobs

The position will be responsible for managing execution on owned media campaigns and promos for Pluang. This involves implementing copy and key visuals on CleverTap and Pluang’s admin panel to the right target segment, as outlined by the respective project owners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and executing CRM campaigns on Pluang’s admin panel (Inbox Card, missions / promos)
• Pushing the correct copy and/or visuals to the right audience segment based on briefs or ad-hoc requests
• Assist in managing and executing CRM campaigns on CleverTap (email, push notifications, in app pop up, WhatsApp)
• Responsible for quality control and testing of comms pushes

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience on campaign management using CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Insider, etc is a plus point
• Ability to work thoroughly, with a small margin of error
• Act as an individual contributor, and work with various stakeholders
• 2-5 years of admin experience
