Product Ops Admin Jobs

Leadership positions are available for candidates with strong content industry and relevant product management experience

Provide timely and professional input from user experience perspective to support product development from all Shopee Markets

To manage the testing on all shopee markets related to the features release

Minimum 2 years of related industry experience in short video or e-commerce product operation, content understanding and content creation

Analyze and assess data and issues related to content and creation, then produce reports to support decision-making

Research and develop content creation strategy and understanding to improve overall creation and consumption

Assist product managers to design long-term solutions to improve search & recommendation engines

Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution

Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features

Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback

Provide insights on local market’s contexts, competitors, trends, and performance

Communicate clearly verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Basic understanding of digital product management

Manage sprints to ensure new features and releases are on-time and bug-free

Experience in planning project deliverables and timeline with multiple stakeholders.

Bonus if you've experience in aligning deliverable and supporting engineers, UX/UI designers

Plan sprint with designers and developers

Support QA to test features before app goes live

Involve and review operational processes to drive productivity improvements in guideline management ranging from training, validating, and calibrating cases with agents

Experience in data processing using Ms. Excel is required. Python or Structured Query Language coding experience will be an advantage

Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written)

Work with other regional teams to develop structured policy by collaborating with cross-functional teams

Support data operations for data science-based traffic label identification

Collaborate with local teams to improve labeling quality and guideline understanding

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

QA over seller dashboard bugs

Assist seller acquisition team on administrative task, example: seller creation, data collection, maintain seller data in admin panel

Handle administrative of seller acquisition team

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as Admin

Coordinating with suppliers on predetermined orders

Updating supplier stock periodically (weekly-monthly)

Capturing supplier information such as documents and contact information

Adding manufacturers and vendors to the supplier list

Maintaining documents and contacts for the suppliers

Fresh graduates with related intern experience are welcome to apply.

Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team

Gather & collect necessary information/data for reporting

Conduct user research, and analyze user feedback and data to identify user needs and preferences for the product

Bachelor's Degree in any major from high reputation university is preferred

Fluent in English is a MUST

Experience on campaign management using CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Insider, etc is a plus point

2-5 years of admin experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

Assist in managing and executing CRM campaigns on CleverTap (email, push notifications, in app pop up, WhatsApp)

Assist in managing and executing CRM campaigns on Pluang’s admin panel (Inbox Card, missions / promos)

Responsible for quality control and testing of comms pushes

Manage and maintain employee databases on HRIS and manually.

Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders.

Experience in using Talenta HRIS is a plus.

Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and relevant administrations around it.
