Job Description

You're daily routine willl be :

  • Giving assessment, feedback, coaching / mentoring each and every PM under upstream ops product
  • Defining roadmap and prioritization for whole upstream ops product
  • Creating vision for upstream ops product
  • Coordinating intensively with higher ups and supply chain team
  • Being the go-to person for all upstream ops product needs from VC or functions If needed, becoming the product manager of a specific upstream ops product


You'll excel it, if you :

  • Experience in leading a team comprises of more than 5 people
  • Understanding in supply chain process, and how technology could help it, is a must
  • Able to drive team into getting an outcome / impact instead of output / delivery
  • Quite able to be mobile and visiting some operation centers to ensure alignment with product development
  • Proven to improve business process by creating a relevant product
  • Proven to build a scalable system that is used company-wide
  • Knowledgeable (and applying) a full product lifecycle, from incubating, growth, and mature phase.
  • Excellent communication skills with people with many different backgrounds, especially operation people
