The Objective Of The Role

• Develop and coordinate processes and activities in the preparation of Business Process Management (BPM) bancaasurance products.
• Manage the bancassurance business strategy including the affinity business.
• Having exposure in Banking and Insurance.
• Manage monitoring and evaluation of bancassurance business development.
• Manage product development, product infrastructure, and pricing strategies for bancassurance products to provide security for customers or prospective customers and optimal benefits based on analysis of market conditions and risks.
• Manage the bancassurance product life cycle including performance monitoring, product profitability, as well as evaluation and review in order to develop or discontinue the marketing of bancassurance products.
• Manage the distribution and marketing of bancassurance products in order to develop the bancassurance business.

Requirement:

• Leadership
• Detailed and result oriented
• Project management
• Collaboration with multiple divisions
• Degree from a reputable local or overseas university with min. 10 years experience in: Banking, specifically in Bancassurance business
• Customer handling
• Have 10-15 years experience (senior role) in a BUMN, Local, or Multinational Bank with a focus on corporate banking.
