The Role

As Head of Product, you will work closely with the founding team to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Coach and build a high-performing team in the future.
• Preparing return-on-investment analyses and time schedules to develop new products or feature roadmaps.
• Liaising with Technology, Sales, Marketing and other key internal teams to analyse product performance
• Taking ownership end-to-end, right from developing product strategy and roadmap, designing, developing and managing activities from product definition, planning till release
• Analyzing product performance and iterating on product functionalities and designs by gathering customer feedback, engineering innovation, and industry trends.
• Understanding the target landscape thoroughly and driving the firm's product efforts towards a market fit globally

Ideal Profile

• You have solid global product vision/strategy and product management abilities
• You have expertise in international products regarding strategising, developing and launching.
• Prior experience in building 0-1 Products will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience building high-performing teams ground up and guiding them towards a disciplined execution approach.
• You have excellent articulation and presentation skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in product management roles, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Analytical and adaptive mindset.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
