Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire dealer partners. This includes identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing relationships with dealer partners. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales campaigns, as well as managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire dealer partners and grow existing business.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with dealer partners.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in Motorcycle Industry or Car Industry is highly evaluated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
