Job Description
Our client is an Indonesian electric services company. The company provides a wide range of electric services, including power generation, transmission, and distribution. The company also has interests in the renewable energy sector.

  • Build and lead a high-performing business development team.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and measure the performance of the business development team.
  • Report on the progress of the business development team to the CEO.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage the company's relationships with key stakeholders.


Job Requirements:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development in the electric services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing new business deals.
  • Strong network of contacts in the electric services industry.
