Local Representative:

  • Provide on the ground administrative support including but not limited to Office Space Sourcing, medical insurance application, bank account opening and other office equipment sourcing and purchasing.
  • Serve as an escalation point for our clients and clients' employees and make sure their issues and concerns can be solved quickly.
  • Setting up the local onboarding process for Indonesian employees, including creation and maintenance of HR at a Glance and be the local representative handling the onboarding process. Provide on the ground support for employees and expert local advice as and when required, including payroll/ HR regulations update for Indonesia.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and regulatory changes in Indonesia and communicate to the teams as applicable.
  • Be our HR local representative in Indonesia.
  • Meet and greet our local employee in Indonesia and oversee the onboarding process in Indonesia to make sure onboarding him/ her smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements in related jurisdiction.
  • Other ad hoc projects as requested.
  • Support Mongolia and Cambodia Local Rep related tasks
  • The role may require you to support HR and onboarding activities across all other APAC countries as and when needed.

Onboarding:

  • Other ad hoc projects as requested.
  • Maintain the onboarding tool including online forms and any related templates.
  • Gather and track the necessary information from our clients' employees and be responsible for all necessary information being stored in specific locations.
  • Support on onboarding our clients and clients' employees including preparation of employment contracts, dispatch agreements, etc.
  • Build up comprehensive HR knowledge database and prepare an overview of all company/individual benefits plans, visa end to end process, background check requirement across all GoGlobal jurisdictions.
  • Support on ensuring overall compliance and quality of the HR templates in all GoGlobal jurisdictions including employment agreements, letters of certification, separation letters, promotion letters and other internal notifications.
  • Set up the expense, leave and overtime tracking system for our clients' employees. Download data from the system for the monthly payroll process.
  • Coordinate and project manage requests including background checks, medical insurance arrangement, staff benefit plan, visa application, relocations, health check arrangement, etc
  • The role will require you to support onboarding activities across all other APAC countries as and when needed.




Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resources/ Business or equivalent.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Integrity, positive work attitude and of pleasant character.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good time management skills to complete tasks assigned.
  • At least 3+ years of experience on overall HR in Indonesia including at least.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
