Job Description

:

As a Business Development & MCN Executive, your main responsibility is to develop and grow the business by selling MCN and to brands and acquiring new clients. You will be involved in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential brands and clients, and managing the entire sales from start to finish.


Responsibilities:


MCN:

1.Growth strategy development for MCN

2.Content and channel management

3.Partner negotiation and management

4.Policy enforcement and compliance


Business Development:


1.Identify new opportunities to grow the business and expand the market.

2.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends related to marketing strategies.

3.Stay updated on industry developments and identify new trends that can be leveraged as business opportunities.

4.Build and maintain good business relationships with brands

5.Increase brand visibility and create trust through the utilization.


Requirements:


1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in MCN industry

3.Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.

4.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

6.Result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

7.Strong negotiation and closing skills.

8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
