HR Local Representative & Payroll for Indonesia
- Meet and greet our local employees in Indonesia and oversee the onboarding process in Indonesia to make sure onboarding him/ her smoothly
- Serve as an escalation point for our clients and clients' employees and make sure their issues and concerns could be solved quickly
- Be our HR local representative in Indonesia
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and regulatory changes in Indonesia and communicate to the teams as applicable
- Provide on the ground administrative support including but not limited to Office Space Sourcing, medical insurance application, bank account opening and other office equipment sourcing and purchasing.
- Project lead the set-up, implementation and execution of the inhouse Indonesia payroll system
- Monitor team and individual performance by setting clear goals and KPIs
- Maintain inhouse Indonesia payroll's service quality by providing guidelines, SOP, policies and procedures, making sure that services delivered meet GoGlobal Policies and Procedures
- Other ad hoc projects as requested
- Work closely with other internal departments/ stakeholders to ensure all payroll transactions are processed and all withholdings are done accurately and compliantly
- Manage Indonesia payroll workflows and internal controls to ensure payroll activities are accurate and received on time. Activities include but not limited to new joiners'/ leavers' management, payroll and benefit calculations, vendor coordination, annual payroll activities for Indonesia
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements in related jurisdiction
• At least 5+ years of experience in overall HR in Indonesia including at least 3+ years of Indonesia Payroll processing experience
• Good time management skills to complete tasks assigned
• Integrity, positive work attitude, and pleasant character
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously
• A strong desire to work fully remotely
• must be located in Indonesia with work authorization
