We're seeking a talented and driven Senior HR Manager to be at the forefront of our expansion in Indonesia. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the foundation of our Indonesia team across project management, software development, product management, and management functions.

Requirements

Your role will be responsible for:

• Talent Acquisition: Craft and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in project management, software development, product management, and management roles
• Employer Branding: Elevate Youtap's reputation as a preferred employer by effectively communicating our brand identity and fostering positive candidate experiences
• Hiring: Manage the recruitment process with line managers for new employees, ensuring that Youtap hires the best candidates for the role, culture and company values
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement of our recruitment and onboarding processes based on metrics and industry best practices
• Onboarding Excellence: Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that immerse new hires into our culture, values, and role-specific training, ensuring a seamless transition
• Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and expectations, and create tailored hiring plans
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of HR professionals to collectively achieve hiring and onboarding goals

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the use of HR software tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strategic mindset aligned with business objectives
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• You may have worked for a Bank, Digital Wallet Provider or Large System Integrator
• Ability to report to the Youtap head office in their timezone
• Adept at Thai labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
• Proven track record in HR management roles, especially in recruitment and onboarding, ideally within the technology or IT sector and with an international company
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing HR teams
