Hr Report And Systems Executive

Kredivo is hiring an HR Report & Systems Executive who understands the positive impact that data, insight and technology can make to our people and organization. This position will report to the HR Senior Manager and will be accountable for the maintenance and operations of Kredivo’s HR Management System.

In this role you will also be responsible for HR reporting and analytics while ensuring data integrity across all HR platforms. In addition, you will be responsible for partnering with HR teams to ensure the effective use of our systems, while also providing integration and business process support.

About the job:

• To adopt a forward-thinking approach in the delivery of HR business solutions
• Provide technical HR systems guidance, including configuration requests, enhancements, and general support inquiries
• Create end-user and business process documentation
• Assist in developing requirements and partnering with other team members to configure, test, and deploy system solutions based on business requirements
• Develop, generate, and maintain a variety of HR reports and analytics
• To develop a collaborative and empathetic relationship with key business stakeholders
• To maintain and develop our HR Management systems, which includes HR database, and Recruitment

About you:

• 3 years prior experience as an HR Analyst and supporting HR technologies, in which 2 years prior experience creating reports and analyzing HR data
• Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formulas).
