To maintain and develop our HR Management systems, which includes HR database, and Recruitment

Assist in developing requirements and partnering with other team members to configure, test, and deploy system solutions based on business requirements

Strong knowledge of HR business processes.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formulas).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Provide technical HR systems guidance, including configuration requests, enhancements, and general support inquiries

Build and manage communications with 3rd party/vendors.

Manage absence and checking on warehouse safety procedures for employees.

Update and manage non-organic databases (daily).

Minimum 1-2 years experience in handling warehouse manpower.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Handle several matters for non-organic manpower for the warehouse team.
