Hr Manager (It Industry)

Currently we are helping an IT Services company in Jakarta, who is looking for a position as HR Manager, with qualifications and details such as:

Job Requirement:

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and team leadership
• Preferabble have experience in IT Service Industry
• Critical thinker with a constructive approach to problem solving,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability,
• Proven track record of success in all HR disciplines,
• Excellent coordination and time management skills,
• Bachelor’s Degree majoring Physicology or at least five (5) years of relevant HR experience,
• Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies,
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio) as well as the capacity to operate in databases including HRIS,

:

• Responsible for the management of OSS, K3, other legal permits
• Conduct PP reviews and report new PPs to the Ministry of Manpower
• Payroll calculation and reporting, BPJS TK, BPJS Kes and all related matters such as mutations, changes etc
• Supervise the recruitment process
• Monitoring and reviewing outsourcing (OB and Security)
• Calculation of Comben ( Medical Reimbursement, Bonus)
• Responsible for the fulfillment of the company's MPP
• Carry out periodic maintenance of buildings, operational vehicles, etc. and keep the company environment neat and clean
• Compile and review the SOP and its implementation
• Ensuring a conducive work environment, resolving conflicts that occur (Coaching and reprimands)
• Responsible for the feasibility of office operations, coordination with external parties (Disnaker, police)
• Responsible for the employee Performance Appraisal process
• Responsible for the implementation of PP and discipline within the company
