• Recruit, train, and manage a passionate and guest-oriented hotel staff.
• Ensure the hotel adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, particularly concerning safety standards.
• Supervise, lead, and manage all departments to foster a cohesive and efficient environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 30-room hotel ensuring a smooth and guest-focused experience.
• Handle administrative tasks, including consistent reporting to the hotel owner.
• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize the hotel's reach and profitability.
• Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, focusing on both revenue optimization and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Must have a thorough understanding of hotel operations.
• Willingness to be based in Kupang, NTT.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software tools and systems.
• Ability to work irregular hours and be on-call as needed to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
• 3+ years in a similar role or in top-level management in a 3-star hotel or above.
