Operation Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Additional value if the person has an experience IT RPA Managed Operation Center support
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Carry out the monitoring process on the center systems and facilities according to the schedule and work instructions that have been determined,
• Carry out every step of the process contained in the job checklist of the system handled by Operation unit in the discipline manner,
• Monitoring RPA Managed Operation Center in escalating if there are indications of disturbances,
• Managing an operation team based on the assigned tasks to achieve customer's SLA
• Actively doing communication within the Operation team, IT and Business User Team
• Provide suggestions for increasing efficiency and effectiveness and work processes or ways to overcome problems that occurred,
• Monitor and review reports on all conditions that occur in the system and report/escalate problems that occur,
• Follow & Execute the rules contained in the Client's XX Operation policy

Qualifications

• Basic Knowledge of various operationsystem,
• Knowing of Intelligent data processing tool (Ephesoft/others) is an added value,
• Knowledge of automation tool technology (UiPath, Power Automate),
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of micro services architecture,
• Strong IT Managed Operations experiences
• Basic knowledge of database (maintenance, backup) is an added value
