Quality Plant Manager Jobs

Implements defined Production Quality policies, contributes to achievement of respective targets, and establishes and manages Quality operations, controlling and reporting systems, for assigned organization units, local sites or plants.

Role and responsibility:

• Clarifies cases as an escalation point.
• Ensures that quality standards for Production Quality operations and processes are met at all times.
• Sets up and monitors unit related Production Quality projects.
• Plans and proposes Quality budget, and decides allocation of related financial and personnel resources, within given limits.
• Acts as advisor to the business accountable management of the unit, in all Production Quality related issues.
• Ensures consistency with overall Production Quality strategy and respective local regulations.
• Liaise with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients) in contractual matters, related to Production Quality services, within given authority levels.
• Manages organization unit (s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Supervisors, Professionals and staff.
• Implements and / or administrates Production Quality policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
• Provides Quality reporting, and ensures cooperation with both, internal and external stakeholders.

General Requirements:

• Experience min. 5+years in managerial role and similar field of industry
• Have experience in leading team member
• Bachelor or Master Degree in electrical engineering or related major
• Good in analytical skills
• English and Bahasa indonesia proficiencies
• Good in computer literacies
