Social Media Specialist (Beauty And Wellness Industry)

One of our clients working in the Cosmetics Industry is looking for a Social Media Specialist with the details below:

:

• Create and publish content on all social media platforms
• Run split test weekly for optimal results
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
• Perform other marketing tasks when needed
• Prepare monthly reports on all social media marketing efforts and give recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Communicate with customer inquiries via social media & website, comments, DMs in a quick manner
• Handle all social media admins
• Build an online community
• Increase brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
• Search, approach and manage KOL & brand partnerships
• Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
• Monitor SEO, web traffic and suggest content optimization
• Collaborate with other divisions of the company.
• Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including coming up with topics/ concepts, shooting, writing and editing posts, improving customer engagement, and promote campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Understand simple video editing & simple designs such as Canva/Photoshop
• Experience using various social media analytics software/apps.
• Have a thorough understanding of social media management & strategy.
• Social media & tech savvy
• Max 35 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience as a social media specialist
• People person, friendly, sociable, approachable.
• Comfortable to be in front of camera / talent
