Requirements:

• Willing to be relocated to Cikarang Pusat (WFO 100%).
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and user behavior.
• Having a strong passion for skincare and beauty is a plus, and experience in skincare brand marketing will be preferable.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Job Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.
• Craft captivating copy and messaging for posts, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our followers, providing excellent customer engagement and support.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and identify insights to optimize content performance and overall social media strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance our online presence.
• Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns across various platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content, including images, graphics, and videos, to engage our target audience effectively.
