We are looking for a dynamic and well test graphic designer who preferably has experience/feels comfortable recording and editing video.

We are also under the same management as Indonesia’s Most Popular Expatriate platform, Social Expat, therefore you will be required to assist in this brands development also and attend the networking events for media purposes.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with our video team to create content daily
• Increase customer traffic and enquiries, whilst also increasing social media engagement and following
• Film and edit social media materials, as well as attend Social Expat events sporadically
• Implement Google Ad strategy and manage ad optimisation
• Create and work with the CEO to increase his professional branding
• Assist with social media and content creation across all our brands – This involves researching trends and reviewing analytics. We have a Social Media specialist that makes the content, your job will be to review, suggest ideas and assist making post strategy/content
• You will be provided a marketing budget for social media and you will need to implement and make an ad strategy
• Assist accelerate our companies growth, as well as help us secure new business
• Assist with our staff’s accounts and mentor/manage their accounts to grow and enhance LMI & Associated brands reach
• Optimise Social Media platforms we are yet to utilise and make strategy
• Provide detailed weekly analytic reports on advertising campaigns, competitor reviews and strategy
• Ensure all social media enquiries are answered and professionally dealt with
• Run, manage and develop our Facebook groups

Skills required for the role:

• The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
• As a fast growing, ever expanding company, doing multiple jobs and working long hours are often necessary, so a positive attitude is a must
• Experience in Social Media Growth Management
• Confident personality
• Possess leadership qualities
• Speak English and Indonesian at a professional level
• Have experience implementing Google Ads and Social Media ads
• Graphic design skills and able to use a variety of editing tools
• Proactive attitude and able to use initiative
• Excellent English is a mandatory
