Fashion Social Media Specialist

s:

• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials
• Collaborating with internal / external departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, identify and solve problems
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
• Using analytical tools such as Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity
• Managing daily social media posts
• Performing other duties when needed

Requirements:

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
• Must submit your portfolio
• Adequate knowledge of Good Quality Content
• Willing to do WFO at South Jakarta
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Minimum Bachelor Degree around DKV/Komunikasi/related field
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Time-management skills
• Proven working minimum 1 year experience in content creator or as a social media officer in fashion industry
