Our clients is looking for a Spa Supervisor with the following details:

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality of spa facilities and equipment.
• Prepare and analyze reports on spa performance and revenue, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, treatment bookings, and resolving any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train, mentor, and support spa staff in delivering exceptional customer service and spa treatments.
• Manage inventory and order spa supplies and products as needed.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their spa experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, sanitation protocols, and spa policies.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective spa marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance the spa's service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Provide leadership and direction to the spa team, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.

Requirements:

• Ability to resolve conflicts and address customer complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations.
• In-depth knowledge of various spa treatments, products, and services.

• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate, guide, and develop the spa team.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
• Proven experience Spa Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
