Social Media & Content Specialist

Requirement:

• Experience in Creating content that has value and is consistent across all social media platforms and company product website
• Experience managing various social media Account
• Minimum 1 years experience in Social Media or digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree all majors
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual and written content, capable of driving positive sentiment.
• Experienced in social media planning, reporting, and marketing content
• Prior experience in managing social media advertising budgets and boosting post campaigns, having knowledge of managing Google Ads would be great value.
• Possessing strong writing or copywriting skills is a must
• Must be confident in front of camera and creative
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Have experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Meta business manager to extract insights and drive data-based decisions.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
• Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a social media & digital marketing campaign
• Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
• Create email blast campaigns to target key customers
• Create content planning and digital content research from multiple platforms to come up with new content ideas using social media listening tools, google trends, social media research and competitor research.
• Creating monthly report (what we’ve done and what can be improved)
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media strategy for optimal results.
• Generate compelling copywriting on each content.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including company website content about product, improving customer engagement, and execute monthly campaigns to attain monthly targets and objectives.
• Maintain and engage with audiences and comment posts to increase engagement rate and insights.
• Develop an innovative social media strategy through trend research and social media insights.
