They also oversee employee benefits and compensation, and ensure compliance with labor laws. How To Become an Group Hr Executive: To become an Group HR Executive, you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. You may also need to have experience in the field, such as working as a human resources assistant or in a related role. Additionally, you may need to obtain certification in human resources or a related field. Group Hr Executive Skills: Group HR Executives should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should also have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Group Hr Executive Knowledge: Group HR Executives should have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as a working knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
