• In summary section, please share what job title you want to propose
• Compile a summary of responses to any Candidate Qualifying Questions (CQQs) that were asked. This should provide insight into the candidate's qualifications and how well they align with the job role.
• Unless it's absolutely necessary, do not disclose the name of the company (the "brand") to the candidate. This helps maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
• Confirm that each candidate is genuinely interested in the role and intends to pursue it seriously if selected. Please avoid forwarding candidates who are not truly invested in the application process.
