Position Objective/Expectation

Responsible for the Company's marketing and communications strategies through comprehensive Go to Market strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


Responsibility

  • Develops and manages marketing campaign strategies and execution focused on delivering key business objectives.
  • Analyses and forms major plans for CRM to retain loyal members.
  • Analyses market, consumer and competitive information to support marketing team in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing products.
  • Synthesize actionable and meaningful customer & channel insights as marketing inputs to multiple work streams and outline the complete go-to-market strategy and project plan.
  • To lead in developing PR launch plans for key major launches and ensure excellent coverage in major media to drive awareness of new product launches.
  • Monitor product distribution, market trends, research consumer, market reaction and competitors' activities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing programs, including advertising, promotions, product launches, events, and digital marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximum impact.
  • Manage the company's brand identity and reputation, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints, and maintaining a positive brand image in the market.
  • Supports team in communicating and socializing marketing strategies, tactics, insights, learnings and results with cross functional partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, analyze customer insights, and identify market trends and opportunities to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Evaluate marketing performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and market research, to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assures campaign strategies and tactics will be effective and engaging in marketing channels (traditional & modern) including digital channels while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs


Requirements

  1. Min. bachelor's degree from any major (preferably Marketing/Business)
  2. Min. 15 years of experience in the relevant position (preferably consumer electronics industry)
  3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer acquisition.
  4. Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams, with a track record of achieving results and driving marketing excellence.
  5. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and marketing performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and plans.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
  7. Excellent communication (Fluent) skills (Bahasa and English) and including negotiation, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  9. Familiarity with consumer electronic industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  10. Wiling to work in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (WFO).
