Responsibilities:

• Prepares reinsurance renewal market presentations and presents to reinsurers.
• Evaluate and reviews the insurance commissions reinsurance management strategy and implementation on a regular basis and propose changes to the Terms & Conditions Treaty both inward & outward to ensure compliance with the company's strategy.
• Monitors reinsurance claims administration including claim notification and facilitating recoveries.
• Ensuring that all Groups goals are align with corporates goals and monitoring the achievement
• Maintain good relationships with insurers, reinsurers, regulators and brokers
• Controlling, monitoring and approving the entire Inward Treaty claim settlement process technically in accordance with the authorization owned, including calculating claim reserves to ensure claims are resolved efficiently.
• Develop, implement and manage a leading framework that optimises facultative and outside treaty reinsurance placements
• Evaluating and annually reviews current reinsurance programs
• Lead development of claims operating policies by building relationships, sharing knowledge and addressing business issues with internal or external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position
• Having good leadership, communication, negotiation skill, problem-solving abilities and willing to learn
• Min. Bachelor degree in any major, preferably from reputable university
• Fluent in English with min TOEIC >550
• Additional certification in related field is a plus
