Reinsurance Coordinator Jobs

Min. 1 year experience in reinsurance

At least having AAAIK certification

Have good knowledge about general insurance and reinsurance facultative

Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

Create, deliver, and negotiate facultative offering to reinsurers

Executes facultative risk analysis allocation

Good basic writing and spoken skills is definitely a requirement as writing and talking to government agencies is default

Ability to understand basic CS and M&E permitting requirements so that these can be dovetailed into the overall permitting plan.

Autocad (2D) skills required to able to review drawings received.

Understand the building codes to be used, Indonesian and local authorities requirements e.g. IMB, SLF, TABG etc

Work as part of a collaborative and inclusive team.

Ability to understand architectural drawings and interpret them based on local codes.

Having good leadership, communication, negotiation skill, problem-solving abilities and willing to learn

Lead development of claims operating policies by building relationships, sharing knowledge and addressing business issues with internal or external stakeholders

Develop, implement and manage a leading framework that optimises facultative and outside treaty reinsurance placements

At least 12 years of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position

Additional certification in related field is a plus

Evaluating and annually reviews current reinsurance programs

Preference to the candidate whose experienced in Managing Reinsurance System Project and familiar with Reinsurance knowledge and process

Advance in Insurance basic knowledge

Advance in Microsoft Excel skill (Excel Formula, Pivot, VBA, etc)

Advance in analytical and communication skill

To hiring reinsurance analyst that will handled on project AIRA, reinsurance project, quality checking and reinsurance analysis

Certifications/licenses – preferably have finished some PAI or SOA exams

Support on providing BAU reporting

Bachelor’s degree or final year student from actuary / mathematics / statistic or any related major
