As a Permitting Coordinator, you will work closely with our existing team and deliver excellent work to our client.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Understand what other 3rd parties are required in a project, e.g Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
• Ability to understand architectural drawings and interpret them based on local codes.
• Autocad (2D) skills required to able to review drawings received.
• Ability to foresee what needs to be done a few steps ahead so as to advise the client what forms to submit and when to submit and apply for the right permits to support construction
• Ability to understand the entire permitting process in Indonesia from Arch, CS and ME submission from start to end including all the relevant agencies/consultants and 3rd parties involved.
• Able to chair permitting meetings and answer client’s queries on Permitting issues.
• Ability to understand basic CS and M&E permitting requirements so that these can be dovetailed into the overall permitting plan.
• Understand the building codes to be used, Indonesian and local authorities requirements e.g. IMB, SLF, TABG etc

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:

• Knows what forms to be used in the permitting process from start to end.
• A Bachelor degree in Process or Technical Engineering (B.Sc).
• Good basic writing and spoken skills is definitely a requirement as writing and talking to government agencies is default
