Coordination and supervision of airport operation

Identifikasi masalah apapun yang terjadi di residen dan melaporkannya langsung kepada Pemilik Residen

- Have a good knowledge of warehouse practice implementation and supply chain management / warehouse managemen

- Minimum 2 years experience as Warehouse Coordinator

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistics

Communicating & build relationship with suppliers to review local prices and FOB offers.

Experienced for min. 5-7 yrs in coffee origination

Domestic and International execution knowledge

Support the trader on the buying and contracting side of the business.

Analyze the coffee flows and their dynamics.

Work together with our Research team in improving the assessment of the Indonesia arabica crop, size and quality.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in event planning and execution, including logistics management and coordination

Make a schedule for routine cleaning of the decantation tank and disposal of sludge from the de-sludging tank.

Ensure that the filter in the control tank is not damaged and can work properly.

Monitor the cleanliness of the water surface in the sedimentation tank and outlet tank.

Create a daily work schedule for WWTP team (Foreman and operator).

Will ensure completion of project deliveries on schedule with minimal errors according to the specific requirements of each client

Good basic writing and spoken skills is definitely a requirement as writing and talking to government agencies is default

Ability to understand basic CS and M&E permitting requirements so that these can be dovetailed into the overall permitting plan.

Autocad (2D) skills required to able to review drawings received.

Understand the building codes to be used, Indonesian and local authorities requirements e.g. IMB, SLF, TABG etc

Work as part of a collaborative and inclusive team.

Ability to understand architectural drawings and interpret them based on local codes.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Coordination - Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.

Provide the project management and the ESG management reporting on the project related actions, issues and solutions;

Ability to adapt to a diversity of normative frameworks: national legislation, international standards (World Bank/IFC/IRMA) and Eramet requirements

Relationship skills to establish trust with a diversity of external stakeholders: lenders, local authorities, technical services, administrations, etc.

Ensure that the project team applies the ESG requirements

Manage the monitoring and evaluation reports of all environmental actions, integrating the regulatory indicators and those established by Eramet;

Experience with Indonesian environmental authorities will be considered
